Apart from having an encyclopedic knowledge of human movement and a passion for exercise, Charles has what we feel is the most important quality of a good trainer – the ability to engage and connect with every client. With a passion for boxing and functional movement, Charles is the absolute master of kicking your arse whilst holding your hand at the same time. His ability to cater for all fitness levels whilst running a flowing, fun & firing session is first class. That’s what 20 years in the industry coupled with genuine care for every client enables you to do. Charles works predominantly with our construction & legal clients and has a unique specialisation & knowledge of the particular stressors & challenges faced by those in high pressure industries.
