As a graduate of Melbourne Law School Caitlin is no stranger to high performance mindset & discipline, burning the candle at both ends, being a slave to her inner perfectionist & feeling the unrelenting nag of self-criticism. Caitlin left behind a 10 year career in law to instead develop an innovative new approach to mindfulness & now helps others learn powerful techniques to overcome old patterns of self-destructive thinking and tap into their strengths. Her unique programs combine a variety of mindfulness, NLP & meditation techniques to improve cognitive performance, overcome limiting beliefs, increase emotional control & establish the foundations for long-term resilience.
