Our outdoor session are held in various locations around Melbourne’s CBD – mainly in our magnificent parks and gardens. Click here for locations.
Here are our outdoor training sessions:
- get started for those new to exercise or returning after a long break. Low intensity sessions to get you started in na sustainable and rewarding exercise program.
- get stuffed high intensity boot camp style training. An awesome workout to take your health and fitness to the next level.
- get running a running group for all levels and all goals. From a 5km fun run to a marathon, you can acheive your goals with us.
Activities in get started and get stuffed sessions include:
- Boxing with focus pads (a great stress relief!)
- Cardio training (running with intervals at different intensities, stair climbing, skipping, hill sprints) to increase metabolism, burn energy, improve fitness and aid in fat loss.
- Resistance training (use of resistance bands, medicine balls, other participants and even the immediate surroundings) to build and tone muscle.
- Games (relays, time trials, touch rugby) to facilitate teamwork and encourage group interaction.
- Core strengthening (great for lower back and abdominal problems – has the effect of strengthening these areas) by use of fitness balls and other exercises
- Stretching – a must for muscular recovery. Helps remove waste for muscular recovery. Helps remove waste from muscles and alleviate soreness.
Our outdoor sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
