We also collect information regarding your current medical condition which is vital for us to ensure that your health and safety are maintained. - Over the phone

GET will use the information provided to ensure customers receive the highest level of service. Typical we use:
- Customer email addresses or contact phone numbers to inform customers of changes to session details
- Customer email addresses and home addresses to inform customers of any the latest fitness, nutrition and lifestyle guidance as well as information regarding upcoming specials or events organised by GET (Note: customers have the option to indicate they do not want to receive this information, in which case it will not be used for this purpose)
- Names on customer registrations to compare with information on credit cards
- Customer contact phone numbers and email addresses to communicate with customers about bookings and payments
- Medical information to assess suitability for participation in the GET sessions
- Employer details to assess potential future marketing options and optimal bus stop locations
- Information regarding the way in which a customer found out about GET is used to assess and improve the GET marketing strategy effectiveness
- Credit card details for payment of GET services and products.
3. Disclosure of Information
- Typically, only employees or contractors of GET may view Personal Information. However information may be disclosed to other parties if:
- That disclosure is required to give effect to the purposes for which GET collected the Personal Information
- The customer has consented to that disclosure
