Boot Camp might have the reputation of being physically demanding, but our programs are designed to get the best out of everyone – regardless of the fitness variation in the group. Nobody wants to see you puffing and panting at the back, so we reach out to everyone before our programs commence and find out about your fitness background so that we can make sure you’re not going to be totally out of your depth. Our trainers are expert coaches and we train our team to deal with a wide range of scenarios
It’s not like joining the military! The concept of the Boot Camp did spring from military exercises and training camps, however, you don’t need to wear Army boots and be shouted at by a frightening Drill Sergeant to keep fit! Our Boot Camps are about motivation and pushing you to put in that extra mile. They’re not about breaking you down and building you up, or punishing you along the way! (But we can do this should the client request!)
What prevents us from exercising more often? For many of us, the answer is simple: We don't have the time. Training in the morning solves this.
Doing your best work requires focus and energy. But it's hard to stay focused for an 8-hour stretch. Any kind of physical movement will temporarily boost your alertness and energy levels
Exercise in the evenings can let out frustrations from a tough day and improve sleep patterns. Don't go to bed strangling your pillow. Your colleagues will thank you for it!
