Goals and Ambitions: Continue to grow elite athlete development and conditioning in conjunction with sport science.

 

To continue to challenge myself professionally and creatively, ensuring new techniques and ideas are incorporated into my own sessions and those of my clients, whilst continuing to set new and more exciting goals to make sure we always stay focussed and realise your true potential whilst bening honest with ourselves.


 

SCOTT WYATT

Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce (Sports Administration), Diploma in Sports Development, Cert III and IV

 

Training Philosophy: Believing in a positive, complete healthy lifestyle – an all aspects fo life – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Each aspect affects the other. When a person has a cold, they feel down. When a person is in great physical shape, they feel upbeat, more efficient and have tha ability to more effectively handle life’s ups and downs and ultimately get the most out of their life.

SEBASTIAN BAUER

Qualifications: Batchelor of Sports Science and Human Movement, Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Human Kinetics advanced strength training, Muay Thai striking principles, Basic and Advanced

 

Training Philosophy: Have fun and look sexy. Everything takes time but the results are worth it for those who choose to fight.
