Our Purpose
Is to enable our clients to push their boundaries and achieve outstanding results. Now, it is important to us that you understand this in the same way we do. So, here are some more words for you to consider:

Purpose – a purpose is not just a fancy sentence. It is the passion which drives our business. Every element of our business is designed to help achieve this purpose. Every person that works in our business understands this purpose and takes responsibility for their role in achieving it.

Enable – we are not going to do it for you. In the end you have to do the hard work. Our job is to empower you to believe you can, and to teach you how, in the most effective manner.

Push their boundaries – everyone has their own idea about their own skills, abilities and limitations. Our job is to ignore these “ideas” so that you find yourself in uncharted territory. We know you are there because the signs are always the same – you are smiling!

Achieve outstanding results – the point of it all is to achieve your goals. The goals you set are yours but we are there to stretch your horizons, measure your progress, keep you on course and remind you of how far you have come.
Our Values
There are many different ways we could behave in order to achieve our purpose. Our values are there to guide these behaviours so we achieve our purpose and ensure we stay true to the things that are important to us. These things are:
- Professionalism – to us this means being experts in our field, ensuring your train effectively and safely. But professionalism is more than expertise – we also act with respect, courtesy, empathy and confidentiality, promptly responding to your queries and always acting with integrity. We do what we say we will do.
- Innovation – we understand people get bored, frustrated and disillusioned with some more traditional forms of exercise. That’s why we exist! Our job is to provide something new, something fresh, something you don’t expect, every time you train with us. Keeping your body guessing ensures an effective and sustainable exercise program.
- Enjoyment – exercise is our passion and we enjoy it immensely. We believe you should enjoy the exercise you do and that we should hear laughter in every session. If you’re not enjoying yourself, you probably won’t stick with it and you won’t achieve your goals. So, it’s our job to make sure you do!
- Challenge – “Only those who risk to go far can know how far one can go” T.S. Eilliot. We believe that without challenge there is no progress; but it’s our job to ensure that you feel confident, supported and safe to take up the challenge.
- Convenience – We understand that life is busy. Exercise is important, but it’s not everything. It has to fit in your life so that the time you spend doing it is not overshadowed by the time you spend preparing for it or the stuff you miss because of it. That’s why we strive to do everything we can to make it easier for you, until the session starts…
- Community – We understand one of the great benefits of exercising in groups is that you get to share the experience with other people – other people like you. Not only do you get support from us, but you also get support from the other people in your group – it’s all part of being in our community.
