The friendly team at Group Exercise Therapy gave me the motivation that I needed to achieve my goal of running my first fun run this year, the Run for the Kids (Melbourne). I initially signed up to the program to get fit, but was encouraged to go above and beyond. The GET team have conducted two Boot Camps with overwhelming success for our staff here at Australian Unity. The most impressive skill the GET team have is catering for all fitness levels, which was an essential prerequisite for our camps. My project team got picked up for a Group Exercise Therapy session once a week and they loved it. The team not only got a break from our busy schedule but got a chance to be active, to laugh, have some fun and bond as a group in a different environment.
